The The Skills Development Fund (SDF) offers various services to support skills development initiatives, often focused on youth and women in high-demand sectors. These services include facilitating access to training through SETAs, private providers, and government departments, as well as supporting job opportunities through partnerships. The SDF also supports the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and provides funding for skills programmes aligned with the National Skills Development Plan (NSDP) 2030.
